Knitting oil is a soluble oil that forms a milky color emulsion in water. Having lubricating and antistatic properties, this oil can be used in processes such as sack weaving, blanket weaving and spinning of wool and polyester. Knitting oil is produced in two grades of WP120 and WP140.
Wp120 oil quickly forms a relatively unstable emulsion in water, while the formation of wp140 oil emulsion in water is slow, though it is stable.
Product Properties:
- Preventing the static electricity
- Increasing the fibers strength against tearing
- Excellent lubrication and permeability
- Protect machines against corrosion
- Easily washed from the fibers
- No unpleasant odor
How to use:
This product is added to the soft water in at least 5% ratio to form a milky color emulsion.
