Spin finish is a clear oil based on synthetic chemicals that reduces the friction by generating a thin layer on the fibers surfaces, increases the resistance of fibers, and discharges the electric charge created due to the contact made between the fiber surface and the surfaces within the process.
Spin finish is prepared and marketed in two grades: PFS-NPM21 and PFS-LPGH121, which are used in the melt spinning process of polyester and polypropylene, respectively.
Product properties:
- Creating a suitable antistatic property
- No change in fiber properties
- No lint during the process
- Color stability of fibers
- Increasing the resistance of fibers against tearing
- • Easily washed from the fibers
How to use:
Depending on the type of machine and the operation conditions, this product with the appropriate ratio is diluted in soft water and used.
