Application of soluble oils in the lubrication and cooling of machining operations is often associated with problems such as perishability and unpleasant odor. On the other hand, although soluble oils have very excellent lubricating property, they are not very good coolants in cases where heat is generated at high intensities in machining operations. Synthetic coolants, which contain organic and mineral salts and water-soluble lubricants, with high cooling properties, can be a good alternative to soluble oils in operations where the intensity of heat generation is high.

Coolant powder KH-CP1000
This product is supplied in the form of powder and its solution in water has a similar action to that of Abtarash. Ease of storage and transportation, due to its powdery properties, is one of its advantages.
This product is a general coolant and has different consumption conditions for operations on different metals, such as non-ferrous and ferrous metals, especially cast iron.
In addition to general metalworking applications, Syncool solution can be used in special operations of cutting and turning of metals and various honing operations and has an efficiency coefficient of 12 (the highest efficiency coefficient).
Cut Cooling KH-C3000
in addition to general metalworking applications, Cut Cooling solution can be used in special operations of cutting and turning of metals and various honing operations and has an efficiency coefficient of 12 (the highest efficiency coefficient).This product also has a high lubrication percentage and is effective in hard metalworking operations.
Super Cooling KH-C4000
In addition to general metalworking applications, Super Cooling solution can be used in special operations of cutting and turning of metals and various honing operations and has an efficiency coefficient of 12 (the highest efficiency coefficient). This product can be diluted in water 5 times more than other coolants.
